It has tufts in pure boar bristles with a twin monofilament pin in soft nylon.
These brushes are specially designed for brushing hair extensions.
The twin monofilament in soft nylon allows disentangling the hair without damaging the joint between the natural hair and the extensions.
Whereas every individual tuft penetrates through the hair to the scalp and the large quantity of tufts ensure that the scalp is stimulated whilst the hair shaft is polished.
